Standard production time is 10 business days after the order is received, provided that your printed proof accompanies your purchase order or e-mail. Orders needing pre-production samples, artwork, or special packaging may extend the shipping time. Any changes to the order or artwork may also cause a delayed shipment.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal.
We accept vector format art files in the form of .ai, .eps, and .pdf file types. Any modifications that need to be made to the artwork may result in extra charges or delays. Any typeset paths within the file must be converted to outlines. Line thicknesses cannot be below 0.5 pts. This will ensure optimum quality for your print. TIFF Files, and JPG files are also accepted, though they MUST be at least 300dpi, black and white – No Halftones. File formats that cannot be accepted are: Word documents, JPEG images, GIF images, or bitmaps (BMPs). These formats do not have the flexibility we need to produce the best quality prints.
As is standard for the industry, we have an overage/underage policy of 5% of the quantity ordered. This means your order may ship up to or within 5% over or under the quantity you requested. You will only be billed for what is shipped.
